Road Surfaces
Thursday, May 29th, 2008We were told back in March by one of the council watchers (the guys who were monitoring the site construction traffic) that Thatcham Avenue was going to be surfaced in April.
The condition of the road is getting ridiculous. It is constantly flooded and is breaking up in places due to the surface water and the number of trucks that speed along it’s length. Added to that, the footpaths are hideous in places.
Does anyone know when this will now occur?

The same applies to Kinloss Drive and Chivenor Way (also overdue and in terrible condition).
Halton Way, Shawbury Avenue and Digby Green are also still not surfaced (’though I’m not clear on the due dates for those).
