This form is intended to report non-urgent local issues, NOT for emergencies.
The form was created for the local (Kingsway Village) community to notify me (as a member of the local “Community Police Neighbourhood Panel”) of local crime and disorder issues. The panel was responsible for assisting in prioritising local issues in the Quedgeley area… (Read more about the Community Police Neighbourhood Panel here)… Like many other things, the panel was discontinued due to removal of funding, but the form still works and will be passed to the police on receipt.
